"I’ve used Xe a few times now..."
I’ve used Xe a few times now and, it feels safe to me. The transfers are easy enough to track, though I did find myself double-checking things a bit because I wasn’t always sure what each step meant. Still, I haven’t had any weird issues with my details or anything, so overall it’s been fine.

"Support was a little slow, but helpful"
Support took a bit longer than I expected, to be fair. That said, once they got back to me, they were helpful and handled my issue properly. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience overall, just wish the response time had been a little quicker

"Transfer limits were such a lovely surprise"
Tried to make a transfer today and, of course, the limits got in the way. Really enjoyed finding that out right when I needed the money moved. Not exactly the smooth experience I was hoping for

I’ve used it a few times now and haven’t had any problems. I kind of expected there to be some hidden catch or for it to start acting up after a couple uses, but so far it’s been completely fine.

"Easy payment options"
I like that xe.com gives you a couple different ways to pay. I went with a bank transfer, but it was nice to see card payment was an option too. Made the whole thing easy for me.

"Slow, but they did help"
The wait was kind of ridiculous, but once I finally got helped, the person was nice and actually took care of what I needed. So it wasn’t the fastest experience, but at least they were helpful in the end.

"Super easy and has every currency I need"
I use XE mostly because it has pretty much every currency I ever need, including some of the smaller ones I don’t usually find on other sites. It makes the whole process really easy when I’m checking rates before a trip or sending money to family. I don’t have to jump between a bunch of different apps, which saves me time and hassle. Not much else to say, it just works, the currency list is great, and the whole experience is simple. 5 stars from me

I’ve been using XE and it’s been straightforward overall. The rates come up quickly and I didn’t have to dig around too much to find what I needed. The app feels simple enough, though it took me a minute to figure things out the first time. After that, it’s been smooth, so I’d say it does the job well.

"Clear updates when I really needed them"
I used XE to send money abroad i was feeling a bit pressured to get it sorted quickly. The messages were really clear though, which helped a lot. I got emails when the transfer started, when it was being checked, and when it was paid out, so I wasn’t left guessing what was happening. The notifications came through quickly without being too much. It made the whole process feel a lot less stressful.

I mostly use xe to check exchange rates before I send money, and for that it’s been handy. The rate they show is easy to compare, and I usually don’t feel like I’m getting hit with a surprise at the end. That said, I don’t always feel totally confident when it comes to customer service or getting clear answers quickly. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the fees or changes were explained a bit faster and more upfront.

"Not worth it for me"
I used xe for what I thought would be a simple money transfer, i ended up feeling a bit annoyed. The exchange rate looked fine at first, so I figured it would be a decent deal for me, but once the extra costs showed up, it didn’t feel worth it anymore. I care about knowing exactly what I’m paying upfront, and this just didn’t give me that. I probably won’t use them again unless they make the fees a lot clearer.

"Transfer was okay, but still kind of annoying"
The bank transfer did work fine and the money showed up the next day, so no real issue there. I just wish the process felt a bit smoother, because it was kind of annoying, a little annoying again when I had to keep checking if it went through. It worked in the end, but the waiting and checking part was frustrating.

"Gave up after the site kept stalling"
I tried using the site, but the pages kept lagging and the rates just wouldn’t load. After about ten minutes, I gave up. Reading between the lines, it didn’t give me much confidence that the rest of the process would be smooth either...

"Umm, setting up my account was kind of a mess"
I tried to set up my account, but it kept asking me for the same information over and over, and then it just froze. I reached out to support, but umm, it took way too long to get any help, so I ended up giving up.

"Pretty handy for sending money home"
I’ve been using xe.com to send money back home and it’s been convienient. I like that the person receiving it can choose different ways to get the money. We usually just use the bank account option and that’s worked fine for us, plus setting it up wasn’t too much of a hassle. It’s not always instant, but it hasn’t been a big problem. Overall, it’s a handy service and I’ll keep using it...

"Smooth transfer, no guessing!"
I used xe to send money it was easy. The tracking was clear the whole way through, so I could actually see where my transfer was instead of just wondering?? The money arrived when they said it would too. Overall, smooth experience and no stress.

"Works fine, but the verification was a hassle"
xe works alright overall, but the identity check was more annoying than I expected. They make it sound like the process will be quick and straightforward, but in reality I had to upload my documents twice before they finally accepted them. Not the worst experience, but definitely slower and more frustrating than promised...
